Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trevi Pools and Spas, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Termination

Trevi Pools and Spas reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.

11. Changes to Terms

Trevi Pools and Spas reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
